Please let us know your desired dates of stay, total number of your party (adults and children), and type of rental unit you prefer. Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Weekly leases are from Saturday to Saturday.   All homes are privately owned and furnished to the owner’s individual preference. The homes have fully equipped kitchens, furniture, pillows, blankets and bedspreads.     YOU MUST BRING all sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, wash cloths, soap, cleaners, garbage bags, condiments, food, etc.   Must be picked up at our office, keys to rental units are never mailed to you, ALL KEYS MUST be returned to our office upon departure. A key box is available.     Whenever telephones are available, tenant shall use a "calling card" to bill all long distance calls or place collect phone calls. NO CALLS MAY BE CHARGED TO THE PHONE IN THE RENTAL UNIT.   There is a damage deposit of $200.00 (unless otherwise stated) on all rentals. Virginia Tax of 5% and Franklin County Tax of 5% for a total of 10% on the base rental amount, and a one time cleaning fee. The total cost of the rental unit is the base rent, tax, cleaning fee, and refundable damage deposit combined. One half of the total amount due is collected to confirm your reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to occupancy. DEPOSITS ARE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FOLLOWING YOUR STAY.     NO PETS ARE ALLOWED in or on the rental premises (unless otherwise specified).   We Do Not Accept Credit Cards.     Clean refrigerator of all food and wipe out. Wash and put away dishes. Make all beds and remove trash to the nearest dumpster. Return the key and badges to our office. DO NOT LEAVE KEY IN RENTAL UNIT! Failure to comply will result in ADDITIONAL CHARGES to your damage deposit. We are not responsible for personal items left in the units. YOU WILL BE CHARGED TO RETURN THESE ITEMS.   Although every precaution is made to eliminate any errors in descriptions, pricing and printing, we reserve the right to correct any such errors or oversight.
